学校法人尚学学園 理事長沖縄尚学高等学校 校長名城　政次郎Masajiro Nashiro, Chairman of the Board, PrincipalOkinawa Shogaku High School, JapanEducation to realize an4 ideal society理想的な社会を実現するための教育教育協定提携締結式 記念講演Memorial Lecture at the Concluding Ceremony : Partner School Relationship　ＮＨＫラジオ深夜便「明日へのことば」で紹介された名城政次郎理事長は、「廃校寸前の高校を救って育てた男」として、尚学学院の歴史をCD２枚（Ｈ27.６．17～18）の中で、詳しく物語っています。「暖かみ・厳しさ・知性」そして、「怖れず・侮らず・気負わず」を、沖縄尚学中学高校の教育理念の根幹に据えています。　平成28年7月22日に結ばれた、ＣＨＵＯ初の教育協定では、両校の共通目標として、（１）地域の歴史と文化に裏打ちされた国際社会で範となるグローバル人材の育成に努める。（２）盛岡中央高校と沖縄尚学中学高等学校は、生徒および職員間の相互理解と相互交流を深める。（３）沖縄県および岩手県の友好親善の発展に寄与する。　以上三つの目標達成のために、相互の学校訪問、共同の教育プログラムの企画・実施。文化活動およびスポーツ活動での交流促進。学力向上および進学面での情報交換を推進すること。これを名城理事長と龍澤正美理事長が固い握手をして、誓い合いました。　この教育協定の締結によって、まず今年1月下旬、創立30周年を迎えた附属中學校の祝賀行事には、龍澤尚孝理事本部長をはじめ、千葉研二副校長、小原祐一副教頭ら５名が招待され出席しました。　今後とも両校は、名城理事長の以下の講演内容のとおり、本当の意味での生徒の実力と「人間力」の向上を目標に邁進することになるでしょう。NHK Radio had a program last year which introduced Mr. Nashiro, the director of Shogaku Gakuen, and talked about the school’s history. The educational ideals of Okinawa Shogaku Junior and Senior High School are “Kindness, Hard Work, and Intellect” and “Don’t be afraid, don’t look down on others, and don’t hesitate to do new things”. Morioka Chuo High School signed a sister-school agreement with Shogaku Gakuen on July 22, 2016. The joint goals of the two schools are: 1. to work hard to educate young people who can play an active role in international society2. to give the students and teachers at Morioka Chuo and Okinawa Shogaku Gakuen chances to interact with each other and to get to know each other, and3. to contribute to the development of friendship between the people of Okinawa and IwateIn order to achieve these three goals, people from the two schools will visit each other, plan and implement joint educational programs, hold cultural and sports events, and exchange information about improving academics and placing students in universities. Chairman Nashiro and Chairman Tatsuzawa shook hands at the ceremony and pledged to do these things.The rst visit between the two schools was by a group of five people from Morioka Chuo – including Director Tatsuzawa, Vice-principal Chiba, and Head Teacher Obara – who attended, at the end of January this year, a 30-year anniversary celebration of the founding of Shogaku Gakuen Junior High School, The two schools will work to help their students improve academically and to grow as human beings, as Director Nashiro wrote about in his speech below.NHKラジオ深夜便「明日へのことば」名城理事長インタビュー収録CD（非売品）教育協定締結直後の沖縄尚学学園 名城政次郎理事長（左）と龍澤学館理事長 龍澤正美理事長。平成28年７月22日盛岡中央高校体育館にてEXCELSIOR vol.18126
