持ち、自立しているべきであります。　第三に、批判的思考。何事に対しても恐れずに質問を投げかけ、他者に自分の意見をぶつけてみる。そうすることによって、彼らは、自分の生活を大事にし、社会へ理想をもち、本質を見抜く力をもち、変化を予知することができるのです。　第四に、革新的な思考と実践。彼らは探求と競争を望みますが、その一方で、客観的解析と状況分析による、明確な思考力を持っています。計画は、それぞれ異なる可能性から立案され検討され実行に移されます。　革新的な新しい人材を育成するために、高等学校教育は、自由な教育環境そして緻密な計画と深い理解の中で行われていくべきです。次のように総括することができるでしょう。１・教育課程に多様な基準を設ける。その計画と実行。学校に対し、教員、生徒、どのような立場であっても、意思決定の力は最も重要です。将来設計のための生徒ガイダンスや進路指導は学校教育の必要不可欠な分野であります。２・教授方法と習得方法のモデルを変革していく必要性があります。古くからある教授法と指導方法は、現在はあまり効果的でなく、持続性がありません。今は、速度を重視した指導方法と「飛び級」など順序を無視した学習方法が支持される傾向となっています。３・現在は、多様な教育評価方法が求められています。未来を担う人材育成にとって、より本質的に必要なことの一つは、深い理解力と学習プロセスから得られる体験をより深く認識することでしょう。４・学習効率を高めるために、教育環境や教育設備・機器の充実と改善が必然的に求められます。学校は、効率的な学習と個々のトレーニングの両方の分野で、手厚く十分な教育機会を確保する必要があります。５・生徒たちの教育上の諸課題の解決については、教師たちの調査研究や活発な研修が必要です。教員の専門的能力を活用し、生徒一人ひとりに寄り添って、学習の主導権を与えることも重要です。６・国際的な視野を持って、現代の科学、文化、芸術など諸分野の成果を継続的に学校教育に導入していくべきでしょう。　学校教育とは最終的には、生徒の将来を見据えるとともに、すべての人類のために貢献するという共通の目標こそが、極めて重要となるでしょう。現在の高等学校教育というものを考えるとき、その改革がなければ、世界に希望をもたらすことは困難となり、明日への存在意義も失われてしまいます。どうか世界中の皆さんと一緒に努力を結集して、地球の明日へ、そして未来へ向かって希望を堅持して参りましょう。　会場の皆さん、ご清聴まことに有り難うございました。（拍手）theory might be opposed by the existing traditional ideology; while innovational talents should be ambitious, confident, strong-willed and independent.Thirdly, they must develop critical thinking. Plans are made among dierent possibilities and put into practice.As for the objective of the innovational trainings of new talents, school education is supposed to form a free environment, a comprehensive guideline and an enriching experiencing. It can be roughly concluded as follows:Firstly, there should be various curriculum standards and syllabus plans. Regardless of the school, teachers and students could make more decisions by themselves. Career planning and graduation guidance will become a necessary part of education.Secondly, it is necessary for the method of education to endure. Traditional knowledge and skills training are no longer effective and sustainable, so widespread diverse educational methodology that ignores the traditional style must be put into place.Thirdly, education assessment needs to be more multiple-dimensional. Necessary core qualities need to be emphasized to train the talents of the future and the significance of understanding and experiencing in the learning process could be much better recognized.Fourthly, the education environment must be improved and expanded as do the teaching materials in schools. We should provide sufficient and reasonable education opportunities to guarantee both ecient and individual learning.Fifthly, educational research should focus on students and problems. Therefore, the professional development of teachers should be more active, and grant students more autonomy in their learning.Sixthly, we should have an international vision to continuously introduce the latest scientific, cultural and artistic developments. Global talents should be truly trained to be adapted to the needs of the future.Education as a cause not only looks into the future, but also is a joint cause for all of humankind.
