　今回が初めての海外であり、長榮高級中學がこのフォーラムに参加できる機会を頂き本当にうれしかったです。９日間、日本のことをたくさん学び、たくさんの人に台湾を紹介することが出来ました。ホームステイのバディと毎日一緒に通学し、中央の生徒が何を学習しているかを知りました。例えば、中央生は毎日8時前に学校へ行き、毎朝テストがあります。ホームステイ中に、日本文化を学び、日本と台湾の違いを理解することが出来ました。日本人はすべてのことに対して礼儀よく接することを大切にしているように感じました。挨拶に関しては、時間によって言い方が違います。朝であれば「おはよう」、夜は「こんばんは」です。一日の間で様々な言い方があり、私はいろいろな言葉を覚えました。このフォーラムでは16か国の人々が集まり、テーマについて話し合いました。私たちのテーマは防災についてでした。グループは日本、タイ、台湾、インドネシアとカナダにより構成され、私達は話し合いの中で意見交換をし、レポートをより詳細に仕上げました。討論の中で、すべての国で同じ災害を経験していますが、各国で対応策が違うことを学びました。　このフォーラムに参加でき本当に幸せでした。この旅で、異国文化が持つ美しさに感謝し、英語と日本語を勉強することが出来ました。この経験を決して忘れることはないでしょう。This is my first time to go abroad, I am so glad that Chang Jung Senior High School gives me a chance to participate in this International Forum. During the nine days, I learned a lot of things about Japan and introduced Taiwan to many people. We went to school every day with our home stay student, so I learned what they did in school, for example, they needed to go to school before 8 o’clock and would have a test in the morning every day. In my home stay family, I learned a lot of Japanese culture and understood the dierences between Japan and Taiwan. I found that Japanese really values politeness beyond all things. They have dierent greeting that you have to say in dierent occasions, such as “おはよう” in the morning and “こんばんは” at night. They all have dierent expressions need to say in a day. I had to learn a variety of words. In the International Forum, there were 16 counties staying together and reporting their team topic. The topic of my team was natural disaster prevention. In our teams, we have the students form Japan, ailand, Taiwan, Indonesia, and Canada. We communicated with each other and exchanged our comments to make our report more precise. During this discussion, I found that even though every county had the same disaster; they all had dierent methods to deal with the conditions. I am really happy that I took part in this forum. In this journey, I learned how to appreciate the beauty of other countries and practiced speaking my English and Japanese.
