Reports by Students of the Forum Committeeステージと客席の温度差をなくそう！Let’s Get the Audience Involved!２年SZ組　フォーラム実行委員大町　美貴Miki Omachi :Student Forum Committeeis was the goal we set when we rst met. Usually, the events on stage are the focus of the forum. It turns into just an event between the members of the forum committee and the students from our sister schools. Many of the Chuo students in the audience do not listen to the presentations. ey don’t get what the presentations are about. We thought that we needed to do something about this, before we started to talk about sustainability. First, we thought that we needed to create a forum in which the audience is involved and is learning. We were not able to nd an easy answer to the question of how to help everyone enjoy the forum. We thought about it many times, and sometimes our opinions differed. There are many things that I regret about the forum. I keenly felt my lack of ability. To tell the truth, I don’t think that this year’s forum was a success. Preparation by students was inadequate, and there were many things which need to be improved. I want to use these regrets as a springboard to work to create a better forum next year.　これは、私たちが１回目に集まった時に決めた目標です。どうしてもステージ上だけでフォーラムが行われている。実行委員と姉妹校の生徒だけのもののように感じる。客席では発表を聞いてない生徒が多くいる。研究内容が伝わってこない。これでは持続可能な世界をつくろうなどと言っている場合ではありません。まず、会場全体が一体となって学べる参加型のフォーラムをつくりたいと思いました。どうすればどちら側からも楽しめるものになるか、簡単に答えをだすことはできませんでした。何度も何度も考えて、時には意見が食い違い衝突することもありました。フォーラムを無事終えて後悔することがたくさんありました。同時に、自分の力のなさを痛感しました。正直に言って、今年のフォーラムが成功したと思うことができません。準備が不十分なところや改善点が様々ありました。来年は今年の悔しさをバネに、さらに頑張りたいと思います。今年の反省と来年の抱負２年SZ組　フォーラム実行委員照井　孝輔Kosuke Terui :Student Forum CommitteeAt this year’s forum, the students from abroad were full of energy, and this made the members of the forum committee energetic too. However, I do not think that this forum was a success. First, I was not able to prepare well for my job as an emcee, and I did not do a great job. In addition, the students did not participate fully in the event. Other groups had problems as well.I have not decided yet whether I will be a member of the forum committee next year, but if I do, I want to do a 　今年のフォーラムは留学生の皆さんが明るく積極的だったので、フォーラム実行委員もそれに乗って積極的になれたのではないかと思います。しかし、今回のフォーラムは成功と言えるものではなかったと思います。まず、私が担当した司会進行の仕事が準備万全に出来ておらず、どこかグダグダしたようなものになってしまったと思います。また、最初は観客席にいる生徒たちもしっかり参加できるように、と考えていたのですが、それも上手くできませんでした。それが、他のグループにもうつってしまったのだと思います。Problems this Year and Hopes for the FutureEXCELSIOR vol.1885
