Goodwill Visits to Sister Schools 姉妹校研修姉妹校研修NORWAY国際姉妹校友好交流団ノルウェー派遣団を引率しての所感～オスロハンデルスギムナジウム高校から学ぶ、国際教育の発展～I took a group of four students to Norway from November 30 to December 8, 2016.I think that this was a great opportunity for students from both countries to learn about different languages, cultures, and each other. e discovered similarities between their two countries, and it is wonderful that they were able to form a community in the time they were together.Our students went to the Japanese Embassy in Norway, to Japanese language classes at high schools, to a Norwegian folk museum, and to a ski area. These activities helped them to grow as people, to learn about other cultures, and to respect and be tolerant of others.I was surprised on many occasions at how well our students interacted with their environment and at their thoughts about things on their visit to Oslo Handelsgymnasium , which is an elite school. ey did not have much knowledge or experience at the beginning of the trip, but I think that they gained a global perspective as they listened to people they met and discussed things with them.I think that we need to create leaders who can nd solutions to global problems, to develop our international program, and to educate young people who can act on the world stage.I am thankful for this opportunity. 2016年11月30日から12月8日まで、生徒４名、引率教員１名でノルウェーの姉妹校を訪問しました。　この国際姉妹校友好交流事業において、両国の高校生が、異なった言語、文化を理解し、互いを理解する大変貴重な経験になったと思います。この素晴らしい数日間に他国との類似点に気がつき、オスロハンデルスギムナジウム高校の生徒たちと自分たちの共同体を形成することができたのは素晴らしいことだと思います。　特にも、在ノルウェー駐日日本大使館で大使としての活動、オスロハンデルスギムナジウム高校、ヴォルンホルト高校での日本語授業の参加及び交流活動、ノルウェー民族博物館、ホルメンコレンスキー場などの市内視察等、生徒たちは様々な実践的な活動の中から、自分の心を開いて、国際理解を深め、お互いの尊敬、寛容の精神を深めることができたことは、最大の収穫だったと言えます。　また、オスロハンデルスギムナジウム高校の生徒たちは、オスロ市のエリート進学校であり、今回の派遣に選ばれたリーダーや生徒会役員の姿勢や物事の捕え方、考え方などは多くの場面で驚かされるものでした。彼らも皆、最初は知識や経験も浅いところからのスタートでありながら、様々な立場の人の意見を聞いたり、議論を重ねる中で、グローバルな視点や考え方を持つようになったのではないかと推測されます。　国際姉妹校友好交流事業を通し、本校でも国際的に関心の高い社会的な課題に対して、何らかの解を見いだすことができるリーダーを育てるとともに、さらに国際教育活動を発展させ、世界で活躍する人材を育てていかなければならないことを再認識しました。　このような機会をいただいたことに、心より感謝いたします。ありがとうございました。教諭　及川　満洋Michihiro Oikawa : Teacherノルウェーの建築物に感動Impressive Norwegian ArchitectureI went to our sister school in Norway to learn about architecture. I was excited to see all of the historical and modern buildings in Norway with my own eyes. I especially liked Oslo’s City Hall and the Opera House. e City Hall was like an art museum and there were many works of art on display. It was completely dierent from a city hall in Japan.
