는 힘은 부족하다고 생각합니다. 여기에 지역사회의 여러분과 여러 학교 학생들과의 다양한 교류에 의한 새로운 만남과 체험이 문제의식을 길러 자연스럽게 과제를 발견할 수 있게 이끌어 그 축적에 의해 학생들의 시야는 더욱 넓어지고 사회와 학문 간의 거리가 가까워짐을 실감하게 될 것입니다. 학생들은 지금까지 오랜 시간 해외 스터디 프로그램이나 국제이해 및 협력에 관한 각종 콩쿠르에서 눈부신 성과를 올려왔습니다. 지역의 활성화를 향한 봉사활동과 의사소통능력은 틀림없이 향상되어 학생들이 자신의 생각을 말하는 면도 착실히 늘었을 것으로 생각합니다. 교외활동의 또 하나의 면은 해외자매학교간의 단기유학제도를 만들어 학생들의 왕래를 가능하게 하고 국제이해나 국제협력을 주제로 교육할 수 있는 체제를 구축해 가는 것입니다. 귀교는 세계 여러 나라와 우호적이며 평화로운 관계를 구축하여 친목을 도모하고 생각을 공유하여 매년 포럼을 성공리에 마친 것은 국제상호이해를 위해서도 특별한 기회라고 확신합니다. 이 식전 및 포럼을 통하여 상호이해와 우정의 끈이 더욱 깊고 오래도록 계속되기를 충심으로 기원합니다. 이번 포럼은 그 어느 해보다 대단히 훌륭한 내용과 성과가 있었습니다. 매번 참가하여 많은 연수를 받게 해 주셔서 깊이 감사드립니다. 대단히 고맙습니다. 今まで長年海外研修プログラムや国際理解及び協力に関する各種コンクールにおいて目覚ましい成果を上げてきました。地域の活性化を目指したボランティア活動やコミュニケーション能力は確かに向上し、生徒が自分の志を語る場面も着実に増えたと思います。　校外活動のもう一つの切り口は、海外の姉妹校間の短期留学制度を作り、生徒たちの行き来が可能となり、国際理解や国際協力をテーマにして教育ができる体制を構築しつつあることです。 　貴校は世界の国々と友好的で平和な関係を築き、親睦を図り、考えを共有し毎年フォーラムを成功裏に終えられていることは、国際相互理解のためにも特別な機会だと確信しています。この式典並びにフォーラムを通じて相互理解と友情の絆がますます深く、末永く続くことを心より祈念いたします。　今回のフォーラムはいつもよりとても素晴らしい内容と成果がありました。毎回参加させていただいて多くの研修を賜り、深く感謝しております。expand their vision, and feel that their education is related to society. Over the years, the students at Morioka Chuo have achieved spectacular success in study-abroad programs and the areas of international understanding and cooperation. They have volunteered for community revitalization projects and have improved their communication abilities. I think that they have many opportunities to achieve their ambitions. 　　Your school has also established a system for education for international understanding and cooperation, in which students can go abroad on short-term trips to sister schools.　　I believe that the forum is a special opportunity for people to increase mutual understanding, as it gives participants a chance to build peaceful relationships with people in countries around the world, to foster friendships between people, and to share ideas with one another. I hope that mutual understanding and goodwill will continue to increase as a result of the forum.　　This year’s forum was even more special than usual.
