Unique experiences at the ForumJann Pattinson Principal of Davidson High School フォーラムでの唯一無二の体験デイビッドソン・ハイスクール　校長　ジャン・パティンソン　　Davidson High School has had the privilege of participating in the Morioka Chuo International Education Forum for 20 years. The Forum is a unique experience for all students who participate, cultivating international awareness and understanding. The relationships that students establish at the Forum allow the youth of our communities to exchange ideas, gain an international perspective and increase their understanding of global issues. Our visit to Morioka each year has strengthened the ties of friendship between Australia and Japan. 　　The Forum also provides a showcase for each country to display their uniqueness and vitality by including presentations that include artwork, music, dance, history, and traditions. The visit enriches the Davidson community with a broader understanding of other nations, their traditions, customs and cultures. This outstanding leadership program helps to break down intercultural barriers. It promotes diversity and encourages openness, tolerance and mutual understanding, all of which enhance our communities and those of our international partners.　　Thank you Morioka Chuo High School.　デイビットソン・ハイスクールは第20回CHUO国際教育フォーラムに参加するという栄誉にあずかりました。このフォーラムに参加したことは、生徒にとって、交際理解と見識を深める上で非常にユニークな経験となりました。このフォーラムを通して生徒たちは他の人々と意見を交換し、国際的な視野を持ち、グローバルな問題に関する理解を深めることができました。毎年行われる私たちの盛岡訪問は、日本とオーストラリアの友好を深めるものとなっています。　フォーラムはまた、美術、音楽、ダンス、歴史、伝統などの発表による参加国それぞれの独自性とバイタリティの表出の場ともなっています。この訪問によって、私たち高校の生徒は他国の伝統、慣習、文化への理解を深めています。この素晴らしいフォーラムによって文化の壁は崩され、多様性、広い視野と寛容性、相互理解などが促進され、私たちの高校と国際姉妹校の向上につながっています。　盛岡中央高校に感謝の意を表します。祝　辞Congratulatory MessagePrecious things Morioka Chuo hasJian Wu Principal of High School Affiliated to Fudan University20年の積み重ね复旦大学　校長　吴　坚　　The Chuo International Forum, which has been held for 20 years by your high school in Morioka, and which is attended by students from 5 continents, is a wonderful and unforgettable event for the students and teachers from sister schools who attend it. As participants learn about other cultures and ways of studying at the forum, they form friendships with each other, broaden their perspective, and gain condence to work together to solve humanity’s problems. I would like to thank the city of Morioka and everyone who has contributed to 20 years of education for international understanding.
