未来への提言未来への提言Proposal in the futurePresentation世界中の姉妹校から集まった高校生と盛岡中央高校の生徒が、国連の提唱する「持続可能な発展のための17の目標」（SDGｓ）から今回のフォーラムのテーマである「2030年理想の学校―世界を変えるために」を達成するために必要だと思われる項目を選択しました。A～Eのグループに分かれそれぞれのグループごとにテーマについての話し合いを行い、「理想の学校」を考え出しました。現在の高校生が考える、これからの社会に必要な学校とはどのようなものか、各グループの発表です。The Chuo High School students and students from its sister schools around the world selected discussion topics from United Nations’ “Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)” which they thought were necessary to achieve to create “the ideal school in 2030 – Transforming our world using the SDGs” which was this year’s theme of the International Education Forum. The students were divided up into five groups, namely group A to group E, and each group discussed the topic of their choice and thought about "the ideal school". Let us see what the Highschool students came up with about the schools needed for the society in the future.プレゼンテーション　　For these reasons, it is necessary for adults in poverty who don’t know exactly about education to tell how good effects of schooling, the importance of educations, training good quality educators and constructing schools by funding from others. And at school, what we can do with public institutions, for example, we make wells for children who take a time for bringing water as their labors. It provides them with a time for taking educations. And also, we invite representatives from poor countries to bring up good teachers. 　質の良い教育のメリットは、子ども、若者の教育期間が伸びるごとに将来の収入が10%増加、その国の貧困率が9%低下すると言われています。また、教育は子どもたちが貧困から抜け出すために必要な知識を提供します。　そのためには、教育について詳しく知らない貧困地域の大人たちに、教育を受けることでどんな良い影響があるのか、教育の必要性を啓発すること、質の良い教育者を養成するOur group focused on the point of good quality of education to make an ideal school because there are many children who cannot afford to take education fully. As students assembling in Morioka, we would like to talk about the how important and necessary education is and what prevents children from taking good education equally　私たちAグループでは、2030年の理想の学校像を次のように考えました。学校は、世界中の子どもに質の良い教育の機会を与えることにより、子どもがより条件の良い仕事に就いたり、新たな産業を生み出す能力と機会を提供することにより、長期的な視点で貧困問題を克服する手段となるべきです。なぜなら、貧困は長い間、世界で問題とされていることであり、貧困と教育は深いつながりがあるからです。　　We would like to provide good quality education and gave a chance to study for children in poverty. Because it has been considered as a big problem for a long time, and poverty and education relate deeply.　　Poor countries don’t have teachers and barely making a living, so parents let more their children work than study, and then, they can’t study, so they can’t get knowledge for working, thus it continues forever. To solve this problem, we think that it is necessary for children to take best quality of educations.　貧しい地域では、その地域に教育者がいない、家計が苦しく、親が子どもに教育より労働を優先してしまうことなどにより教育が行き届いていません。そして、貧困→教育が受けられない→大人になっても学識がないため収入が少ない→（そしてまた）貧困…という悪循環に陥ってしまいます。この悪循環を解決するために、子どもたちに質の良い教育を受けさせることが必要だと考えました。　　It is said that the more period of education for children and young people expand, the more their income increase 10%, and the rate of their country’s poverty goes down 9%.
