And the universe of information (Internet, social networks, globalization, information in real time) is exploding. We have to find new ways to offer this universe of knowledge to students (artificial intelligence, robotization, computers, programming and more).Collège Sainte-Anne's Approach to the FutureHow do we prepare our young people for the world of tomorrow? Collège Sainte-Anne, with its 3000 students, from kindergarten-level to university, and its 350 staff members, has already reflected on this challenge and defined a model “course” of tomorrow. This model, which you can nd on our website in the innovation section, is founded on three important pillars:To review the role of the teacherTo review classroom teaching strategiesAnd to develop seven essential skills to prepare young people for this rapidly changing world: creativity, problem-solving, effective communication, collaborative work, digital culture, openness to the world, and principled and ethical decision-making.In this model, we are trying to give a new direction to teaching and innovate in the way we educate. First, we offer highly technological environments that involve digital technology, artificial intelligence and virtual reality. We are attempting to create partnerships with private enterprise to help students develop key skills like creativity, collaboration and critical thinking. We offer individualized programs and tracks to maximize young people’s potential and increase their motivation. We want to develop a culture of trial and error, of entrepreneurial thought, and invest in research and development with the help of our creative laboratories.Artificial intelligence workshop conducted by St. Anne High SchoolYoung people today react differently. They question, they argue, they rapidly lose interest in tasks they find irrelevant.
