Konnichi wa.I want to take this opportunity to thank Chairman Tatsuzawa and all of the Chuo staff for welcoming us and organizing such a wonderful forum. It has been ten years now since my school, College Sainte-Anne, first participated to the forum. Over the years, many of my colleagues have had the chance to come here to beautiful Japan and Morioka, and now I am one of them. This forum is important. It allows us to exchange ideas and to form new ones. But more importantly, it forces us to become a better person and a better teacher.We are all on the same journey: educate the world and tomorrow’s citizens. It is a colossal task, especially in those troubled times. But by challenging ourselves, we can teach our students to do the same, and this is fundamental.You all read the words of my principal, Mr. Ugo Cavenaghi. I do think that the Chuo International Educational Forum allows the emergence of those ideas in our respective schools. Sainte-Anne is honored to be a member of the great Chuo international family.
